As an IT Business Relationship Manager, you will be a strategic interface between senior business leadership and Sandoz IT for assigned markets or business functions. In this role, you will provide end-to-end technology partnering across all technology domains (manufacturing, supply, commercial, etc) to enable ongoing business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage strategic relationships with senior leadership of assigned markets/functions and serve as a key point of contact and trusted advisor/business partner
- Single point of contact for the most senior leaders of each division in the respective markets or functions, ensuring integration of business engagement and consistent Sandoz IT experience for the business groups across all services
- Develop trust-based relationships and drive business alignment and readiness for business capability area investment according to business strategy
- Ensure local readiness for and alignment to global standards, to efficiently use IT investments and operate securely
- Communicate global technology strategy, decisions, priorities and progress of initiatives and oversee resolution of escalated issues from respective markets
- Collaborate with other global technology functions to advance customer engagement technology capabilities for the markets
- Represent end-to-end Sandoz technology functions in the overall local business engagement and governance
- Proactively shares knowledge of technology risks with business stakeholders while partnering with greater IT organization to ensure continuous improvement of IT services, application rationalization and efficient management of existing systems and operations, while meeting internal service standards
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or various degrees in science and/or business preferred
- Languages: Fluent in Japanese and English
- Minimum 5 years of management experience with broad range of exposure to various technology domains and business segments, especially commercial customer engagement technology solutions
- Ability to understand global and local business strategic direction and requirements in a multi-country, multi-cultural and matrix environment
- Relevant experiences in life science or FMCG industry
- Experience in project management and Agile product delivery desired
