Responsibilities:
- Prepares accurate daily sales reporting and monthly GTO reporting.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of financial transactions (payments, journal entries, invoices, refunds, credit/debit notes, commissions)
- Ensures timely and accurate recording of receipts and matching of invoices with AR ledger.
- Reconcile customers’ outstanding payments, resolve payment discrepancies and billing disputes.
- Collaborate with inter-departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and Autocount (accounting system software) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
