Key Accountability and Duties:
- Have all powers, duties and liabilities as CEO and you are expected to bring objectivity and independence to the Yayasan and help provide the yayasan with effective leadership in relation to the Company’s strategy, performance, as well as ensuring high standards of financial probity and corporate governance. You will be expected to attend the board, the board committees and the annual general meetings and other relevant meetings as required from time to time.
- To develop and recommend policies and the annual business plan for approval by the board.
- To communicate policies and the business plan to staff with the objectives of implanting such policies and the business plan.
- To manage Group structure and useful so that it is efficiency and effective.
- To actively monitor adherence to approved corporate values, policies, organizational and procedural controls and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years working experience in a top- level management role of Yayasan or non profit organization.
- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration and/or any relevant study field.
- MBA holder will be highly advantageous.
- Sound stakeholders’ management abilities, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, result-oriented, performance driven with acute business acumen.
- Eminent leadership skills to lead a highly dynamic and robust team.
- Excellent command of professional written & oral English, writing & presentation skills are welcome.
- Good understanding in finance management (i.e., P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Solid in organizational skill and highly self-discipline.
