  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Task

1. Supervise the loading and receiving team, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and delivered in a timely and efficient documentation handling (MRF/DO/Gate Pass)

a. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse,

including receiving, storing, and delivering equipment and tools or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff.

b. Managing inventory: conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.

2. Liaison with the superiors for deliveries and movements of equipment between all the project sites following the Material Request Form.

3. Manage and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive employee relations.

4. Must have a proactive nature and the ability to work on your own initiative without supervision and must have a clear understanding of Warehouse Safety.

5. Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

6. Identify the process improvement and implement new procedures as needed. and ensuring that all project requests are fulfilled in terms of technical and safety matters.

7. Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, including inbound and outbound movements.

Skills Needed

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills and high level of integrity.
  • Chargeman or wireman competency will be considered an advantage for this role.
  • Full competence in project collation, communications and reporting.
  • Possess organizational skills and be able to work under pressure
  • Leadership qualities.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Warehouse Assistant or similar role: 2 years (Preferred)
