  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Control & Assurance

  • Supervise and manage the in-process quality control (IPQC) team to ensure product quality at each stage of production.
  • Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to detect defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs) for in-process checks.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other industry-specific standards applicable to the company.

Process Monitoring & Improvement

  • Identify and analyze quality trends, defects, and non-conformities in production.
  • Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and prevent quality issues.
  • Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality defects.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality checklists.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, train, and mentor the IPQC team to ensure proper execution of quality control processes.
  • Conduct training programs on quality standards, defect identification, and inspection techniques.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Customer & Supplier Interaction

  • Assist in customer audits and provide relevant quality documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve incoming material quality issues when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
