  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Purpose

Responsible to bake all the products according to the guidelines provided in the manuals.

Main Responsibilities

Business Acumen

  • Strictly follow the production planning schedule provided in order to achieve daily sales target.

People

  • Work closely with other colleagues to prepare the pastry.

Process

  • Prepare and produce of baked goods and pastry for outlet distributions.
  • Ensure proper adherence to Pastry Chef's recipes and instructions.
  • Participate in R&D and menu development when required.
  • Manage inventory, purchase and delivery orders records.
  • Assist with monitoring stock levels and storage management.
  • Ensure personal hygiene and kitchen's sanitary standards.
  • Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Baking/Culinary. Those without required qualification but relevant experience will be considered.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work independently, a team player, responsible and high integrity.
  • Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
  • Able to work extra hours, during PH or odd hours as when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
