Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and archived.
  • Prepare and process office correspondence and reports.
  • Assist with data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and Company policies.
  • Collaborate with different departments and assist in any administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least SPM holder with more than 1 year similar working experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
