Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and archived.
- Prepare and process office correspondence and reports.
- Assist with data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and Company policies.
- Collaborate with different departments and assist in any administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least SPM holder with more than 1 year similar working experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
