
Human Resource & Administration Executive
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) Human Resource for the Company
· To assist in recruitment process and procedures including:
o Sourcing of candidates for recruitment with proposal of channel
o Shortlisting candidates including pre-employment checking
o Upkeep of recruitment requisition forms, job application forms, candidate resume and relevant documents
o Preparation of letter of employment, probation performance, confirmation letter, new hire orientation checklist
· To maintain a complete Employee Personal File (P-file), updated in timely manner
· Preparation of various letters including promotion, salary increment, transfer, acceptance of resignation letter, staff advances
· Distribution of Performance Appraisal forms. To compile and tabulate accordingly
· Verify and ensure correctness of claims including overtime claims, expenses and travel claims
· Maintain schedule for training programs. Compile and assess validity of Training requisition forms.
· To check and verify attendance and punctuality.
· Monitor attendance record and leave record to ensure it is consistent
· Upkeep the various forms and format used for the Company
· Maintain annual employee information updates
(B) Administration for the Company
· Issuance of purchase orders for company non-trade items
· Handling of routine and non-routine office maintenance
· Ordering and disbursement of office supplies, including stationeries, general cleaning and pantry
· Movement of office equipment
· Monitoring list of expiry date of tenancy agreements, insurance policies etc
· Assist in other administrative work for the Company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
