Responsibilities:
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations – Deliver product or service presentations, highlight key features and benefits, and address customer inquiries to showcase value.
- Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Sales Negotiation – Discuss pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Closing Deals – Finalize sales by obtaining customer commitments and completing necessary paperwork.
- Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed sales targets to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Analyze sales data, track performance, and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Use CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements:
- At least two years in a sales role in any field.
- Minimum Diploma in any field. A background in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or Library Science is preferred but not required.
- Dynamic, independent, results-driven, and highly motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Language Skills – Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages is an advantage.
- Technical Skills – Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Must possess own car and have a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia
