  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and optimize injection moulding machines to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling.
  • Monitor machine parameters, temperature, pressure, and cycle times to maintain product quality and reduce defects.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with the production and quality control teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
  • Conduct mould changes and setups while ensuring proper alignment, clamping, and calibration.
  • Maintain detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting actions.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all machine operations and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in training machine operators and junior technicians on proper machine operation and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in injection moulding machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
