About The Company:

A global professional services firm providing corporate, fund administration, and fiduciary solutions across 50+ jurisdictions. It supports businesses, investors, and high-net-worth individuals with compliance, governance, and financial structuring.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with seniors when required, including on rest days, public holidays, or out-of-town assignments.
  • Prepare AGM reminders, annual returns, and statutory documents such as directors’/members’ resolutions.
  • Maintain statutory records, including minute books, registers, and other corporate documents.
  • Draft and submit announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
  • Arrange and attend Board and Committee meetings, including preparing notices, meeting papers, and drafting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and SOPs.
  • Manage billing and ensure timely collection, including recording all out-of-pocket expenses (OPEs).
  • Uphold corporate governance best practices and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Properly file and maintain all client documents and statutory records.
  • Acknowledge client requests or queries within 24 hours and respond within two working days.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of corporate secretarial experience for a Senior Associate role ; Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience for an Assistant Manager or Manager role.
  • Full ICSA qualification, a bachelor's degree in Corporate Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience handling public listed companies is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, CoSec Guidelines, and related regulations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Familiar with filing statutory forms and corporate compliance.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
  • Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities and professionalism.
  • Punctual and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
