  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Provider of Care

  • As a provider of nursing care, the Registered Nurse uses the Clinical Nursing Process to formulate and maintain individualized nursing care plans by:

Assessing Patient

  • Collects and contributes to a database (physiological, emotional, sociological, cultural, psychological and spiritual needs) from available resources (e.g. patient, family, doctors’ notes and others).

Planning for Nursing Care

  • Establishes nursing goals and patient expected outcomes based on the list of problems with patient, family, and significant others.
  • Develops individualized nursing care plans based upon the problem list and plan intervention that follows established nursing protocols.
  • Identifies criteria for evaluation of individualized care plans.

Implementing the Care Plans

  • Carries out individualized plans of care according to priority of needs and established nursing protocols.
  • Participates in the prescribed medical regime by preparing, assisting, and providing follow-up care to patients undergoing diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures.
  • Uses nursing knowledge and skills and protocols to assure an environment conducive to optimum restoration and maintenance of patient’s normal Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
  • Administers prescribed medication safely.
  • You will need to accomplish any other tasks given from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Nursing only
  • Post Basic would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 year's of working experience in nursing field
  • Post Basic will be an added advantage
  • Must have valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) & LJM.
  • Required to work in Georgetown, Penang.
