Responsibilities:

  • Operate counters at airport to perform Foreign Currency Exchange & Money Transfer
  • Manage significant amounts of cash in various currencies.
  • Introduce products to customers.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Deal with client complaints, offer suitable answers and alternatives in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM and/or Diploma holder.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Comfotable with shifts and travelling to airport (KLIA2)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good customer service skills along with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Added advantaged to those that have experience with customer services and cash handling

Location: KLIA 2, Sepang, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Intake Date: 10 March 2025

Salary Package:

- (Basic) RM2,000 + (Transportation Allowance) RM200 + (Night shift Allowance) RM200 + Commission

Working Hours

- Monday to Sunday (5 days work & 2 days off on rotation)

- Rotational shift 8 hours work + 1 hour break

- Shift timings:

1) Morning shift 6am to 3pm

2) Noon shift 2pm to 11pm

3) Night shift 10pm to 7am
