DESCRIPTION / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment/systems.
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Train customers on the use of equipment and software, ensuring proper operation.
- Document service reports, detailing the issues resolved, actions taken, and any follow-up required.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer support) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding service progress and resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Technical work.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
