DESCRIPTION / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment/systems.
  • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Train customers on the use of equipment and software, ensuring proper operation.
  • Document service reports, detailing the issues resolved, actions taken, and any follow-up required.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer support) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding service progress and resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Technical work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
