  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Mobility Services Engineer

Job Description:

  • A dedicated position in Mobility is essential to maintain the effective management of mobile device services, including device provisioning, security, and policy enforcement.
  • The transition from subcontractors to in-house expertise will strengthen governance, improve service agility, and ensure faster issue resolution, aligning with the organization’s digital transformation goals.

Technical Skills

Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM): Experience with Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, Citrix Endpoint Management, or similar tools.
Device Provisioning & Lifecycle Management: Managing iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices from onboarding to retirement.
Security & Compliance: Implementing Zero Trust security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), VPN, encryption, remote wipe, and conditional access policies.
Policy Enforcement & Governance: Defining and enforcing corporate mobility policies to ensure security and compliance.
Application Deployment & Management: Managing and distributing enterprise apps through MDM/UEM platforms.
Cloud & Identity Management: Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Android Enterprise.
Automation & Scripting: Using PowerShell, Python, or APIs to streamline provisioning and device management tasks.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and resolving MDM configuration issues, device compliance failures, app deployment issues, and security risks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
