JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/ Business Studies/ Food & Beverage/Office Administration.
- Min Experience: 5-8 years working experience in hotel/restaurant (fine dining). Good working knowledge of Profit and Loss Analysis, Production and cost control and strong people management skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure strong supervision of a profitable outlet to sustain increased business growth with planning and executing sales promotions with Café Manager.
- Knowledge sharing with staff on products and services of the Outlet with customers including Management Trainee and new staff.
- Ensure staff educated on organization's culture to retain the highest quality product standards stated in the SOP.
- Close coordination and staff participation in sales promotion to exceed monthly sales targets and staff benefits.
- Implementation of SOP for opening and closing outlet including administration paperwork for submission to HQ.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of outlet for customer dining experience with fast and friendly service.
- Report any potential safety hazards to Café Manager or HOO for immediate rectification for any injury sustained by staff.
- Verify supplies arrive timely with quality control check with external suppliers/vendors and preparation of paperwork.
- Arrange briefing for staff to taste and know new menu before introduction to customer.
- Computer literate with software applications (Word, Excel, POS) and related technology.
- Effective oral and written communications in local languages.
