To provide the assistance to the Principal in the day – to day activities in an organized & confidential manner.
- Managing day-to-day transactional activities of the School Management.
- Maintain & schedule all appointments and meetings of the School Management.
- Scheduling & setting up travel, meetings, calendar and other appointments for the School Management.
- Organizing & maintaining files & records; collation of data as per requirements
- Preparation of weekly/ Monthly/ Annual MIS & Reports
- Preparing & formatting information for internal & external distribution.
- Prepare the required materials such as reports, memorandums, presentation materials and meeting minutes, appointments, conference calls, etc.
- Also work as a part of HR team to coordinate the work at the campus. To help the HR team in recruitment, induction and other engagement activities, training & development.
- Posting of announcements and events of the school online
- Registration of parents and guests for the events and guest lectures in the school
- Manage exam module in school internal website.
- Partner with teachers and other departments to help in school functioning.
- Act a liaison between the School Management and other employees, students and parents.
- Serve as a representative of school for Walk-in candidates and channelize the profile for right position.
- Assist the teachers and other departments with organizing various school functions events, coordinating activities in/out of School.
- General communication to parents regarding important school dates, exams, children attending external events, external assessment exams, etc
- Support HR department in on-boarding and Exit Management of Teachers
- Covering reception during absences of receptionist in Front Office.
- Assisting Admission Department as and when needed.
- Attend other ad-hoc as assigned by superior when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
- At least 2 yrs of experience in Executive Assistant / Secretary role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
