  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scopes : -

  • Familiar with and compliant to ISO, FSSC, GMP, and HALAL requirements.
  • Manage all plant equipment automation systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
  • Responsible for maintaining the preventive maintenance program for machine hardware and software, ensuring schedules are met in accordance with quality system requirements.
  • Oversee automation equipment documentation, including electrical diagrams, P&ID, instrument lists, and calibration records.
  • Manage the plant calibration program, including master lists, scheduling, and coordinating calibration plans with users.
  • Proficient in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems, HMI, Servo drives, Electro-Pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, SCADA control systems, PRVs, Load Cells, PT 100s, and level sensors.
  • Design new control systems for projects, including part selection and diagram creation.
  • Conduct Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
  • Analyse equipment breakdowns related to control and instrumentation, and implement preventive or continuous improvement actions.

We are looking for someone with : -

  • Strong knowledge in automation control and equipment maintenance
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in maintenance, including both electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Good supervisory or management skills
  • Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,050.00 per month
