  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Identifiy, evaluate and implement improvements in manufacturing to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production capacity.
  • Use lean manufacturing, six sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production issues, delays, and quality concerns, collaborating with production team to implement corrective actions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, including OEE, cycle times, waste, throughout and downtime to monitor and improve performance.
  • Assist with the setup of production systems, equipment, and workflows in the new facility, ensuring continuous improvement principles are integrated from the outset.
  • Help establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new production lines and process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that process improvements comply with food safety regulations (e.g HACCP FDA guidelines) and internal quality standards.
  • Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing production performance, such as implementing new technologies, upgrading equipment, or optimizing factory layouts.
  • Support any ad hoc activities as needed to ensure efficient and effective production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Bachelor in food science/engineering
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in food manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in food production management with a strong understanding of food production process, equipment and technology.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of handling food safety regulation (e.g GMP, HACCP, ISO220000/FSSC22000)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
