Role Summary
- Requires excellent commercial awareness and relationship-building skills with internal and external guests.
- Responsible for directing and leading daily operations.

Position Specification / Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
- Preferably from a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
- Experience with international hotel chains is an advantage.
- Knowledge in hotel pre-opening planning and operations.
- Strong understanding of local businesses and market trends.
- Willing to relocate/work in Muar.
