Job Description:

1.1 Coordinate with PM in preparation of internal/ external audit.

1.2 Plan and ensure the internal and external audit is conducted.

1.3 Assist MR in conducting management review meeting.

1.4 Coordinate with all PM to ensure all CPAR are been responded within the time frame.

1.5 Liaise with HOD for any changes/ newly develop of procedure.

1.6 Review the new changes and forward to PM for approval.

1.7 Monitor and ensure doc control is implemented as required by the system.

1.8 Assist PM in liaising with certification body on matter relating on certification of the system.

1.9 Review and make necessary changes to suit the current operating practice of the company

1.10 Plan and coordinate the implementation of the corrective and prevention action to be taken.

1.11 Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective and prevention action taken.

1.12 Monitor and ensure all EHS committee at work place are formed accordingly to OSHA.

1.13 Monitor and ensure EHS meeting for work place are conducted accordingly to OSHA.

1.14 To coordinate with SHO / EHS and ensure the setting up of the ERP Team accordingly as per competency.

1.15 To coordinate and confirm the potential hazard identification and risk management of the project Safety and health management Plan.

1.16 To coordinate and confirm the potential of environmental Aspects and impacts of the project environmental management plan accordingly to the site and office environment.

1.17 To coordinated with SHO and EHS on investigation of any accident, incident, or near misses at work place.

1.18 To confirm the changes of the project EHS management plan accordingly.

1.19 To ensure the project site are registered with DOSH and DOE within the time frame.

1.20 Coordinate and report to DOSH on (act 514) OSHA 1994 (notification of accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease) regulations 2004 within the specific time frame.

1.21 Liaise with SHO/EHS on the implementation of EHS at work place.

1.22 Liaise with SHO/EHS on the legal compliances and client requirements.

1.23 Liaise and coordinate with external parties for the implementation of environmental management at work place.

1.24 Liaise with appointed service provider on matter relating to schedule waste.

1.25 Assist SHO in establishing the PQP,PEP and PSP.

1.26 Monitor and ensure the submission of monthly ESH report is submitted within the time frame.

1.27 Conduct in house training pertaining to EHS matter.

1.28 To liaise with AD division for the arrangement of the training programmers relating to EHS matter.

1.29 Coordinate and interpersonal relationship with client/ consultant/ DOSH any matter relating to EHS.

1.30 Assist ESHO/ESHS/QA in performing their duties.

1.31 Notwithstanding the above, the employee is duty bound to accept and follow any instructions given by the management within the ambit of his nature and scope of works.

Qualifications:

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in Construction field
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Data analysis and statistical aptitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects while adhering to required timeline
  • immediate joiner preferred.
