JOB SUMMARY
Assists Unit Head Client Management Services in maintaining the best possible level of system performance, minimal downtime and responsible for handling and resolving the issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Manages user access to CAVIS.
2) Raise/escalate issues to 3rd level support when needed.
3) Responsible to generate data from database for statistics purposes based on users request.
4) Perform testing or fixes before they are released to users or be requested to go on site at branches and mobile branches to handle the issues.
5) Build and provide simple scripts with assistance when necessary.
6) Perform deployment of the new patches and fixes to all the applications.
7) Validate defects thoroughly by ensuring that the described scenarios are fixed.
8) Monitors all CAVIS related critical processes i.e. database load, ActiveMQ processes.
9) Performs integration testing and troubleshooting for vendor's vehicle inspection equipment (PCs, systems) with CAVIS.
10) Performs any other related duties as may be required from time to time
PERSON SPECIFICATION/ QUALIFICATION
Diploma in System/ Network/ Computer Engineering/IT ii. Experience (Years) : 3-5 years in related field iii. Others
: 1. Basic Linux, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and
Virtual Machine.
2. IT IL Foundation v3 (Advantage)
3. Basic Shell/PowerShell scripting.
4. Understand of database query, trigger and function (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
5. Understand of TCP/IP networking
