Summary
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Food & Beverage Supervisor - Bar is responsible to assist the Beverage Manager in ensuring that the bar is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Qualifications
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Proven experience in a bar or restaurant supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities skills are essential.
