Job Summary

  • Operates x-ray and other medical imaging equipment to produce images for medical diagnostic purposes and comply with all imaging operation work flow within standard Hospital Operating Procedure

Job Description

  • Perform a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce high-quality output eg : General radiography examination, CT Scan examination, MRI examination, Fluoroscopy examination, Mammography examination, Mobile X-ray examination, operating C-arm in OR and Angiography procedure in Catheter Lab.
  • Assist Consultant Radiologist in performing Ultrasound, interventional procedure and sterile procedure.
  • Assist Consultant Cardiologist in performing any procedure in Cath lab.
  • Assist Surgeon in performing any procedure using x-ray in Operation Room
  • Ensuring proper care, handling and maintenance of the equipment, accessories and facilities

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related Medical Imaging field
  • Current registration and valid practicing certificate with the relevant governing body
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiographer, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent technical skills in operating a variety of medical imaging equipment
