The Testing and Commissioning Lead will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the testing and commissioning activities for the project. This includes ensuring that all systems and equipment are tested and commissioned according to project specifications, standards, and regulations
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans, including detailed schedules and procedures.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and the owner’s commissioning agent, to ensure smooth execution of testing and commissioning activities.
- Oversee and manage all levels of commissioning, including factory acceptance testing, installation verification, startup and energization, functional and performance testing, integrated system testing, and close-out/turnover.
- Ensure all testing and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Provide training to operators and prepare comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals.
- Conduct safety provisions for site commissioning activities, including barriers, signage, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Review and approve all commissioning-related documentation, including test procedures and reports.
- Coordinate and participate in commissioning meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with 3rd part contractors including MV terminations , FO splicing etc.
- Perform testing and commissioning of 13.8kV switchgear, transformers, cables, and other electrical systems.
- Rectify any deficiencies identified during testing and commissioning to ensure systems meet design requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- +/- 8 Years relevant experience in testing and commissioning electrical systems, preferably in data centres or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Job Type : 1 year minimum contract.
Contract extension is highly possible considering plans for the next project, and further we are also expecting continuous different projects as we progress.

Experience:
