  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product buying based on requirement and budget.
  • Manage range plan, budget, stock week cover and inventory levels.
  • Identify slow and fast-moving products for immediate action.
  • Work with stock merchandisers on stock allocation to outlet.
  • Sourcing/development of products.
  • Liaising with suppliers on delivery ETA & ETD.
  • Manage code creation and upkeep data.
  • Prepare and analyse weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for decision making.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Mathematics, or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of purchasing experience in a retail company.
  • Possess analytical ability and negotiation skills and keen eye on merchandising.
  • Buyers with experience from apparel retail companies are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to speak Mandarin.

Benefits: 5-day week, 16-days annual leave, bonus, coverage for hospitalization, surgical, insurance, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subang Jaya (47600): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • retail procurement: 2 years (Required)
