Responsibilities :
- Liaise with principle or supplier to check the price and stock availability.
- To prepare Quotation to the respective customer.
- Receive sales orders from international customers and confirm the details (product, price, delivery date, etc.) of their sales orders.
- Assist in general administrative works.
- Ensure that operations and products are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry both locally and internationally.
- Arrange overseas shipment (export) with trusted and reliable licensed forwarder.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
- Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English.
- Able to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
