Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with principle or supplier to check the price and stock availability.
  • To prepare Quotation to the respective customer.
  • Receive sales orders from international customers and confirm the details (product, price, delivery date, etc.) of their sales orders.
  • Assist in general administrative works.
  • Ensure that operations and products are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry both locally and internationally.
  • Arrange overseas shipment (export) with trusted and reliable licensed forwarder.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
