The General Manager is responsible for the overall growth, brand development, and operational success of a F&B business, currently operating with multiple outlets. This role requires a strong mix of brand strategy, operations management, product development, and staff training to ensure consistent quality, profitability, and future expansion.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, Operations Team and Marketing Team to position and expand the brand, while also leading R&D, menu innovation, outlet performance, and customer experience improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and growth plans in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities for expansion into new locations, partnerships, or product lines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, from product packaging to store experience and marketing materials.
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to refine branding and business strategies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the concession outlets, ensuring smooth execution of SOPs.
  • Work closely with the relevant teams to maintain consistent product quality, service standards, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock movement, and supplier relationships to control COGS.
  • Set and track KPIs for sales, profitability, and customer experience, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Lead the research & development (R&D) of new products, flavors, and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure menu offerings align with brand positioning, market demand, and profitability goals.
  • Work with the culinary team to conduct testing, recipe standardization, and quality control checks.
  • Explore sustainable ingredient sourcing and innovative baking techniques to differentiate the brand.
  • Develop and implement training programs for outlet staff, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and SOP adherence.
  • Motivate and lead the team to maintain high performance, cleanliness, and brand engagement.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure proper hiring, onboarding, and skill development programs for store employees.
  • Work with Finance to track P&L, sales performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, portion control, and cost structures to maximize profitability.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction without compromising product quality and brand standards.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, operations, or F&B business development.
  • Proven track record in brand growth, product innovation, and outlet performance management.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, cost control (COGS), and customer experience strategies.
  • Experience in leading R&D, product testing, and menu development.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to drive brand success.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Marketing, Operations, and HR teams.
