  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies
  • Welcomes customers by determining their coffee & drink interests and needs
  • Understands the drinks menu and is able to recommend drinks to customers
  • Educates customers by presenting and explaining the drink menu; answering questions
  • Prepares and sells coffee & drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino
  • Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and maintaining supplies for other drinks
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks
  • Assists in cashiering and serving customers from time to time
  • Completes any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager before/during/after shift

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experienced in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
  • Willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
  • Possess exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Has a polite and engaging personality
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
