- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for both traditional roles and specialized positions involving KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and gaps in talent acquisition within the industry.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Identification:- Identify KOLs and influencers in relevant industries who align with the company’s brand and mission.
- Build and nurture relationships with KOLs to leverage their influence and extend the company’s reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and product teams to define and refine the company’s KOL strategy.
- Establish partnerships with KOLs for endorsement, content creation, or co-branded campaigns, depending on business needs.
Candidate Screening & Engagement:- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit, technical expertise, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage and facilitate negotiations and offer letters, ensuring competitive and appealing compensation packages.
Employer Branding & Outreach:- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization’s culture, values, and mission to prospective candidates, particularly in KOL and influencer spaces.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and meetups to connect with potential candidates, especially KOLs and industry influencers.
- Manage internal and external communications related to recruitment efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Collaboration & Reporting:- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, PR, product, and senior leadership teams, to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and KOL outreach.
- Ensure that recruitment processes are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement:- Continuously evaluate and refine the talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, especially in the KOL and influencer marketing space.
- Track the success of KOL partnerships and contribute to long-term relationship-building strategies.
