Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Act as a technical consultant for customers during the sales process, ensuring their needs align with our communication solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions to prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and pitch customized solutions that address customer pain points.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring proposals meet technical and business requirements.

Solution Design & Consultation:

  • Assess customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions using our communication platforms (e.g., UCaaS, VoIP, Contact Center, Cloud Communications, etc.).
  • Develop architecture diagrams, solution roadmaps, and cost estimates for proposed implementations.
  • Provide insights on emerging communication technologies and recommend solutions that align with market trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with product management and engineering teams to ensure our solutions align with customer demands.
  • Partner with marketing teams to provide input on go-to-market strategies and technical content creation.
  • Engage with post-sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of solutions.

Industry & Technical Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends in Unified Communications, Contact Center solutions, SIP, Cloud Telephony, and other enterprise communication technologies.
  • Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training to maintain a competitive edge in communication technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting within the communications or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of communication technologies such as VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, WebRTC, PBX, Contact Centers, and Cloud Telephony.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with communication solutions like Panasonic, NEC, or Avaya is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and sales engagements
