  • Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence within Global Business Services (GBS)
  • Identify and capitalize on CI opportunities, fostering a CI culture, ensuring efficiency increases and achieving significant service enhancements.
  • Provide leadership & expertise in PMO and execution methodologies for CI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful service improvement
  • Manage & deploy CI methodologies to ensure consistent application and effectiveness
  • Oversee and coordinate the CI program and related PMO activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Co-own and drive the achievement of improvement targets and deliverables, ensuring measurable outcomes and value creation.
  • Promote and embed a CI culture within GBS, fostering engagement and commitment at all levels.
  • Manage the Reporting System to ensure accurate and timely reporting of CI activities and outcomes.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive CI training programs to enhance CI capabilities within GBS Operations. This includes training in CI methodologies, Lean principles, and other relevant tools and techniques.
  • Continuously assess and update training materials.
  • Promote and encourage the use of our IdeaWorks system to engage all employees in CI initiatives
  • Manage and follow up on the execution of submitted ideas CI Program Management
  • Oversee the CI program from ideation to execution, ensuring the use of CI Lean methodologies.
  • Manage the pipeline of CI opportunities, from identification and assessment to prioritization and execution, ensuring the realization of improvements.
  • Measure and assess the performance and deliverables of the CI program, showcasing the value contribution of CI projects. CI Reporting:
  • Provide regular reports on the status of CI initiatives and projects Project Leadership:
  • Lead CI projects and coach GBS team members assigned to run projects. Provide guidance on how to review and assess process efficiency, ensuring that team members are equipped to identify and implement improvements effectively.
  • Accredited certification in Lean Management, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Experience in international collaboration, working with diverse teams
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in CI, including project management and business analysis (preferably in Global Business Services, Shared Services, or the Finance area).
  • Deep demonstrable Functional E2E expertise within Source to Pay, Book to Report preferrable
  • Experience in designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and a proven track record of following through to ensure closure
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English
