JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently manage payables and receivables, including thorough bank reconciliation.
- File and organize all company documents meticulously.
- Collaborate with external accounting partners, assisting in monthly filing submissions.
- Prepare tax filings, and manage tax installments.
- Manage AR and AP accounts accordingly.
- Navigate and assist in any tax audits ensuring comprehensive submissions.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, addressing tax matters, and handling compliance issues.
- Handle statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax), payroll, EA forms preparation, memo creation, and timely submission.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proficient in Excel, including the use of financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
- Strong data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
