Main Job Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders
- Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine the bestdeal
- Creating and maintaining purchasing files and price lists, as well as determiningsufficient inventory on hand
- Track deliveries and make sure goods received are exactly as ordered from suppliers
- Physically check shipments to ensure the appropriate items were delivered
- Answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations andcheck requisition orders for accuracy
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and executing end-to-end procurementprocesses.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp focus on priority and key actions.
- Strong in planning, organizing and execution.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) asthis role would require candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
