HR Director
Lead HR function to build TF-AMD Penang organizational capability for business success. The scope covers areas of employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance
management, compensation and benefit, employee retention, culture and engagement, coaching/development, legal compliance and payroll.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
2. Lead HR function to implement the strategy in talent acquisition, talent development, talent management and talent retention to build the organizational capability and achieve all the goal and KPI
3. Manage the budget and cost of the department to ensure that the company is cost-effective in all its operations
4. Drive for HR operational excellence and ensure all the HR practices compliance to the local law, regulations and SOX
5. Work as a strategic partner with the senior management team to drive the company's growth through transformation management, talent reviews, succession planning, structure development and culture change.
6. Provide leadership and mentoring to the next level of staff to ensure proper succession planning and people development
7. Build a strong HR organization and capabilities to provide HR expertise. Actively develop HR team members.
8. Develop strategy and provide directions for the department to be forward looking to the changing environment in the industry.
9. Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
10. Build a positive work environment that support innovation, creativity and teamwork in the company.
11. Participate as a key member of the management team in influencing the vision & strategic directions of the company
12. Be catalyst and evangelist for TF-AMD culture to ensure all employees live by the values defined in TF-AMD Vision, Mission and Values.
13. Partner effectively with other both internal and external HR parties and to design and roll-out innovative HR solutions
14. Develop programs to partner with learning institution and government bodies to attract the top talents to fill up the talent pipeline.
15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in business administration, HR management, or related field
- MUST HAVE strong communication skill in English, Mandarin (speaking & written)
- 12~16years’ work experience including 8~10 years’ HR expertise experience with 5 years people
- Minimum 5 years of people manager experience
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labor Law as well as company policies

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM40,000.00 per month
