  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Language required: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Skills required: Negotiation, Supplier Management, Cost Analysis, Contract Management, Construction Materials Knowledge.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the construction field is required or equivalent for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic, and result-oriented.
  • Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities
We are a fully owned subsidiary of TSR Capital Berhad.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and monitor the procurement or purchasing of materials to ensure timely delivery.
  • To plan, monitor and control material inventory at optimum level.
  • Conduct, monitor & evaluate suppliers' performance to drive improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers on purchased items/engaged services.
  • To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all invoices are matched with the purchase order and delivery.
  • Compile and prepare price comparison of construction materials for management review.
