- Prepare shift Passover report and to be pass to the next shift as a reference
- To ensure that Building Management System (BMS) such as Building Control System, and Energy Management System (EMS) and all equipment that related to run accordingly.
- To ensure that control room was attended 24 hours so that they can respond and acknowledge to any alarm and notification by BMS
- To do Preventive Maintenance for LV room (HT and Genset) to ensure system run in order
- To do troubleshooting and Corrective maintenance for LV room equipment (HT and Genset) to avoid electrical disturbance to tenant
- To acknowledge and report any abnormal operation, malfunctions or emergency condition that regards with BMS and EMS and to other as well
- To respond to any abnormal operation, malfunctions or emergency condition that regards with BMS and EMS and to other as well after normal working hours
- To attend Building System and electrical complaints on operational matters by tenants tactfully and professionally and take appropriate rectification actions according to procedures herein.
- To received report/complaint from control room operator and do rectification accordingly
- To do routine inspection (round and reading) daily basis
- To Raise Corrective Maintenance job based on any findings from routine inspection that been done or by others.
- To attend and complete any job assigned according to SLA agreement
- To discuss/consult with immediate superior on regular basis pertaining to daily Operational/Maintenance issues.
- To report all activity through Daily Report
- To support maintenance issues from another team as when required.
- To join periodic test run on Mechanical and electrical equipment such as standby chiller and Generator Set
- To monitor contractor and ensure that PTW is valid
- Follow strictly to the work schedule given by the immediate superior.
- During normal day to day routine work, handle the client with full respect and work with integrity.
- Act as a Company’s representations in order to strengthen the relationship between the Client and the Company.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required by Superior
Working hours: 12 hours, rotational shift based
Able to be started on March 2025.
