Job Description

Customer Engagement and Implementation Support: - Collaborate with customers to ensure successful architecture and deployment of applications and services on Alibaba Cloud, particularly focusing on big data and AI solutions. - Guide enterprise customers across various industries such as retail, telecom, fintech, and internet through data-driven digital transformation journeys. Innovation and Solution Design: - Bring forth industry expertise, challenging existing paradigms, and fostering innovation and divergent thinking within client accounts. - Understand customers' unique requirements and provide tailored data intelligence solutions and architecture designs based on Alibaba Cloud's big data products and services. - Drive solution/design wins and oversee governance across portfolios to ensure high-quality outcomes. Strategic Planning and Analysis: - Deliver insightful market analyses, identifying trends, opportunities, and pain points within segmented industries. - Gather competitive intelligence and develop differentiation in competitive solutions. - Lead strategic planning efforts and establish technical influence by producing high-quality external communications and presentations at industry conferences. Pre-sales and Business Development: - Engage in pre-sales activities with key decision-makers, establishing trust and uncovering genuine customer needs to create effective business opportunities. - Thoroughly assess the customer's business technology landscape, documenting technology status and trends to inform solution strategies. Solution Promotion and Risk Management: - Customize solutions to customer needs, optimize product selection, POC strategies, bidding, and product configurations to secure contracts and expand Alibaba Cloud's market share. - Incubate and replicate public cloud solutions in specialized fields and manage risks throughout the solution implementation phase. Capability Building and Knowledge Sharing: - Develop a repository of knowledge, including cloud architecture templates, best practices, and case studies. - Provide training and empowerment materials to sales teams and eco-partners. Product Development Feedback: - Capture and relay product requirements and feedback from niche markets to advocate for product enhancements, new product launches, and the development of major features.

Position Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a comprehensive understanding of big data and AI as they pertain to cloud infrastructure, data technologies, and enterprise applications. 2. At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, AI technology, and enterprise industry solutions. 3. Strong hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud. 4. Profound knowledge of popular big data frameworks and technologies, with expertise in at least five of the following: Hadoop, Spark, Blink, Flink, Zookeeper, HBase, Hive, Flume, Kafka, Sqoop, MapReduce, HDFS, Pig, or Presto. 5. Experience with database and data warehousing solutions such as Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and machine learning. Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud MaxCompute, DataWorks, EMR, and PAI is highly advantageous. 6. An effective team player who demonstrates a strong work ethic, confidence, and the ability to collaborate across boundaries. 7. Collaboration required: This role involves working within a team setting and may include engaging with diverse cross-functional groups. 8. Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role will involve collaboration with the team in China.
