Location : Ara Damansara (need to travel within klang valley)

Working days : 5days

Nature of Business : Distributor for medical imaging solution

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup

· Install medical devices at customer sites, ensuring they are set up and fully operational according to specifications.

· Work with other systems (e.g., hospital databases, electronic health records) to ensure the proper integration of medical devices into the healthcare environment.

2. Service and Maintenance

· Handle service requests related to warranties and repairs, including coordination with suppliers or manufacturers for parts replacement.

· Diagnose issues and resolve technical problems with equipment performance, identifying root causes, and suggesting solutions for clients, often in real-time during service calls.

· Perform routine preventive maintenance on medical devices to ensure they remain operational and comply with regulatory standards (e.g., calibration, cleaning, testing).

3. Customer Relations and Revenue Generation

· Use technical expertise to identify and capitalize on service contract opportunities within existing accounts, increasing the revenue for the company.

· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers by ensuring their satisfaction with the product and service provided.

4. Continuous Learning and Professional Development

· Continuously learn about new medical device technologies, updates to existing products, and the latest industry trends.

· Maintain any necessary technical certifications and attend training workshops or courses to ensure proficiency with medical devices and healthcare regulations.

5. Documentation and Reporting

· Prepare and monitor technical documentation and reports for data collection and analysis, as well as tracking purposes.

6. Safety and Compliance

· Follow safety protocols during installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring that the devices are safe for use and comply with regulatory safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s in biomedical engineering, Engineering or technical related field is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Self-motivated and confident, committed with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Resourceful, aggressive and result oriented.

Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
