Sales Supervisor (Optical)

Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Sales Management

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the optical shop to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customers receive professional optical advice.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.

Customer Service & Product Consultation

• Provide expert advice on optical products, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses, based on customer needs.
• Conduct basic eye screening and guide customers in selecting appropriate eyewear.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Staff Supervision

• Assist to lead, motivate, and manage team member.
• Assist to schedule shifts and manage staff attendance to ensure adequate coverage.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper inventory management.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team for stock ordering.

Compliance & Store Maintenance

• Ensure compliance with optical industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including proper display of products.
• Ensure all optical equipment is well-maintained and in proper working condition.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in optical retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of optical products, frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
