Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the real estate sector, establishing relationships with property real estate agents, property management companies, and real estate agencies with strong client relationship management. Successful candidate will report to Manager, Business Development Unit.
Responsibilities:
Market Exploration
- Identify and analyze potential opportunities in the real estate market.
- Research and establish connections with property real estate agents, property management companies, and real estate agencies.
Client Acquisition
- Develop strategies to target and onboard new clients within the real estate sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align strategies and achieve objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities and provide regular reports on progress and achievements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate-related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
