  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

1. Ensure best services are rendered to the owners by providing precise and concise information and explanation to achieve customer satisfaction.

2. Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors and maintenance team on property inspection.

3. Ensure smooth handover of property and provide effective solutions to owners.

4. Attend to customers’ complaints and feedback professionally in compliance with the company principles; offer reasonable alternatives to resolve customer’s problems; and implement close follow up on rectification work completion with the technical team.

5. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey.

6. Ensure proper records of all defects and complaints received and timely completion of all defects during the defects liability period.

7. Maintain good customer relations with the Resident Associates and resident groups.

8. Organize customer relations activities and community events.

Job Requirements

1. Education：At least Diploma/ Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management/ Building Management or equivalent.

2. Work experience：Candidate with experience in similar capacity i.e. hospitality, customer service, property management or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

3. Professional knowledge：Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as strata title, gated community schemes, formation of JMB and etc has added advantage.

4. Professional skills：Ability to handle defect management and customers’ dispute or complaints effectively.

5. General quality:

· Good communication skills

· Positive attitude

· Customer oriented

· Proactive and responsive person

· Able to work under stressful environment

· Proficient in both Mandarin and English

· Willing to work 6 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
