Your responsibility:
- Design and deploy the HACCP plan established under international regulations and local standards and adapt to products and processes used in the village (management teams and concerned services are involved)
- Ensure hygiene and food safety of the resort in a complex environment (including F&B and housekeeping departments)
- Follow up on the Pest Control Management Plan with Technical Manager, according to HACCP plan requirements
- Provide internal expertise to any problem related to hygiene and food safety
- Accompany the team for the control of hygiene and food safety.
Your background:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in food engineering, microbiology or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in hotel industry is highly preferred
- Required Skill(s): veterinary, food engineer, Microbiologist, HACCP
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in food engineering/ veterinary or equivalent
