Your responsibility:

  • Design and deploy the HACCP plan established under international regulations and local standards and adapt to products and processes used in the village (management teams and concerned services are involved)
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety of the resort in a complex environment (including F&B and housekeeping departments)
  • Follow up on the Pest Control Management Plan with Technical Manager, according to HACCP plan requirements
  • Provide internal expertise to any problem related to hygiene and food safety
  • Accompany the team for the control of hygiene and food safety.

Your background:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in food engineering, microbiology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in hotel industry is highly preferred
  • Required Skill(s): veterinary, food engineer, Microbiologist, HACCP
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in food engineering/ veterinary or equivalent
