  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Vendors and Partners Management : Build and manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Pricing and Quotation : Analyze market trends and industry pricing to stay competitive. Evaluate supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness, while developing cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality.
  • Contract Negotiation : Work closely with legal and project management teams to negotiate and finalize contracts. Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Procurement Process Optimization : Streamline procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance procurement decisions.
  • Online Purchasing : Manage and coordinate purchasing through online platforms such as Ikea, Lazada, and TikTok. Evaluate products, pricing, and delivery terms to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management roles; Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Skills:

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
2. In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
3. Familiarity with online purchasing platforms (e.g., Ikea, Lazada, TikTok).
4. Analytical skills for market trend analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
