  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The office is located in Damansara, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in designing and planning mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Perform load calculations, select suitable equipment, and size HVAC and other building services systems based on building requirements, climate conditions, and energy efficiency standards.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and calculations using industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD). Ensure all documents comply with project requirements and local regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the design and implementation of mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building services design, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or other mechanical systems for building projects.
  • Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of local and international building codes, energy efficiency regulations, and sustainability standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
