- Set up the banquet hall with tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items before the event
- Greet guests and provide them with menus and drink options
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and drinks
- Clear tables and clean up the banquet hall after the event
- Maintain a clean and organized work area• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the banquet manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year working experience in the related field in hospitality and/or hotel industry.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to shoulder work pressure in fast pave working environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
