We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager / Operation Manager to oversee our testing operations. This role will be critical in ensuring semiconductor components meet the required specifications, with a primary focus on burn-in testing processes. The position reports directly to the General Manager and involves managing four key departments: Planning, Test Equipment, Customer Service, and Production for semiconductor testing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the semiconductor final testing process, ensuring alignment with product requirements, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Manage the burn-in testing process, ensuring the durability and reliability of semiconductor devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to testing operations and equipment.
  • Supervise production planning and execution of test operations to ensure efficiency and meet customer demands.
  • Lead the Test Equipment department and Test Handler Machines team, addressing operational issues promptly to avoid downtime.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, providing regular production updates and addressing concerns.
  • Manage cross-departmental teams to ensure effective coordination and high-performance outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. A diploma in a relevant discipline will also be considered.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong focus on final testing processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of semiconductor testing methodologies, burn-in testing, and test equipment.
  • Proven experience in managing the planning, production, and troubleshooting aspects of testing operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
