  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage standard cost changes, ensuring accurate system input and coordination into the ERP system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support cost analysis and management reporting.
  • Perform month-end closing processes, including inventory reconciliation, WIP aging, and stock in transit adjustments.
  • Contribute to business process improvement projects.
  • Perform various accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
  • At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting, with exposure to MNC manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with Oracle and Hyperion is must.
  • Strong background in job costing or process costing and sound accounting knowledge.
  • Proficient in Excel with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in teams and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must to facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients across regions in English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking markets.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Hyperion/ Oracle system: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Cost management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
