  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Manager, Assembly Test to lead Silicon Carbide (SiC) operations. The role involves new product development (NPD), product introduction (NPI), test capacity improvement (TCI), and cost reduction (PCR) initiatives. You will provide technical guidance, ensure timely product releases, and work with cross-functional teams to meet performance and manufacturing targets.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Semiconductor Physics.
  • Proficiency in Eagle ETS testers (800/364/300/88); experience with PFT, DTS, TMT is a plus.
  • Expertise in power semiconductor assembly processes and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of APQP, Design-FMEA, and DoE planning.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NPD, NPI, TCI, and PCR test development projects, managing key performance metrics.
  • Drive test yield improvements, cycle time reduction, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Reliability, Quality, Marketing, Manufacturing) for smooth test package releases.
  • Define test methodologies, tester/handler platforms, and test flows to optimize test cost and yield.
  • Execute project milestones with internal/external groups.
  • Utilize data analysis tools (JMP, Exensio) for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM23,000.00 per month
