  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Control Centre Executive - Data Centre Facilities Asia-Pacific Region

Location: Sedenak, Johor

Our company is responsible for supporting the seamless operation of cutting-edge data center facilities across the Asia-Pacific region. Your role will involve ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of critical infrastructure, providing world-class services to clients, and contributing to the growth of the company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll work closely with internal teams to monitor systems, respond to incidents, and maintain operational excellence, ensuring the data center meets the highest standards for uptime and performance.

Job Descriptions:

- Perform daily Data Centre and Backup recovery operation, reporting and incident case support.

- Capacity planning and inventory management for Data Centre and Backup. Perform or assist in small to big scale of Data Centre or Backup project, planning and implementation.

- Perform or assist in Risk Management and Change Management for Data Centre and Backup.

- Perform or assist in incidents and problem management for Data centre and backup.

- Vendor management for preventive maintenance and facilities breakdown.

- Communicate and coordinate activities with on-site staff during incidents.

- On Phone Standby for Data Centre in rotation basis.

- Able to work on shift.

- Monitoring of fault breakdowns by the Building Maintenance Systems (BMS).

- Ensure site faults are attended to escalation of fault problems to the management in charge of the Global command centre surveillance.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.

- Experience in Data Center and/or Backup operation will be an added advantage.

- Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English.

- A good team player willing to assist team members yet able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Able to carry out routine jobs and based at Kulai, Johor.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
